while in philadelphia i had the supreme privilege of checking out oma vintage, a darling boutique tucked away in the northern liberties section of the city. oma was the brainchild of 23 year old ada egloff who clearly has a talent for thrifting. the space is small, impeccably though simply decorated and miss. egloff just so happens to run the story all day every day. she was playing MGMT nice and loud when i walked in and even though i was the only one in the store and had to pick up EVERYTHING i felt completely comfortable. each piece was superb and while maybe not all my style i could easily imagine someone waltzing in thrilled to acquire a neon floral skirt or baby blue romper.
what did i score? a perfectly plaid habberdashery shirt, a pair of black/gold solargenics and a killer black metallic-esque purse.
if/when you happen to find yourself in the city of brotherly love a trip to N 3rd street is definitely worth it.

ooh I love OMA! Everytime I go in I just let Ada hand me things and then I hand her money!
Vintage karma’s gonna get ya when you walk in there
